Point of Care Test (POCT)

The POCT device for molecular diagnosis requires different type of reagents for bio sample preparation and detection. Arogi Healthcare provide turn-key customized systems for high-throughput reagents filling according to our customer’s design. Our system has integrated multiple functions.

Biochip Reagent Filling

Biochip Reagent Filling 

Specially designed for small batch production, Arogi Biochip Reagents Filling System fills reagents for microfluidic biochip of varying designs. The small footprint of the system fits comfortably into in existing biosafety cabinets or fume hoods without needing additional lab space for manufacturing. Parallel filling of up to 20 wells with 5µL to 2mL of reagent. The shape of the chip can be in rectangle, round and others as long as the size does not exceed 300 x 300mm.

Tubes Reagent Filling

Tubes Reagent Filling (TRF)

Arogi's Tube Reagent Filling System can fill tubes with a capacity of 0.5 to 50 mL with reagents, cells, and bacteria. It is specifically made for small batch production.

 

The system doesn't require additional special production labs because of its tiny size, which makes it simple to install in fume hoods, biosafety cabinets, and other sterile RNase/DNase free environments.

Nanolitre Droplet Transfer

Nanolitre Droplet Transfer 

The combination of liquid transfers, needle washing, and drying is necessary for the specialized process of nanolitre droplet transfer. It can be used for array transfer with 48-, 96-, and 384-plates. The user can switch the reagent storage source between a well plate and a biochip thanks to pitch-changeable transferring technology.

EWOD Microfluidic Chip Controller (EOWD)

In comparison to conventional chips, the digital microfluidic EWOD chip has demonstrated a number of advantages. We have developed a EWOD controller pre-configured for seamless syncing with your applications.
